For in-person sessions: You will need to sign the consent form in person at your first session.

For online sessions: You will be asked to submit the online consent form once your session is confirmed and payment is completed.

Sthiram Mindspace offers short-term, solution-focused, non-clinical counselling for personal growth, emotional resilience, and everyday challenges.

We are not the right fit if you:

  • Have a diagnosed mental illness that requires psychiatric treatment or clinical therapy (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).

  • Are experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm urges.

  • Are in an active mental health crisis or facing severe substance dependence.

  • Need medical or legal advice.
